Iverson Catering uses the freshest food available in every season. The foundation of our gourmet cuisine is locally- and nationally-grown organic ingredients. Whether it is fish flown in by Deep Blue Seafood (www.dbseafood.com) or premium quality lamb raised right here in Utah (www.morganvalleylamb.com), Iverson and his chefs know that only the freshest ingredients enable us to create the meals that have earned us our reputation.

In the summer time, many of the vegetables and herbs we Iverson Catering use s are grown locally at the Ranui Gardens (www.ranui.com). Our clients marvel at the freshness of our produce and love the presentation. Often, beautiful flowers will garnish a dish prepared with fresh vegetables grown in the very same garden.

A staple on many of our menus are the cheeses made in Cache Valley from Fine Farmstead Cheese (creamery@rockhillcheese.com). Our cheese boards are often accompanied by fresh fruit, nuts and homemade grilled breads.
